EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

FOUND FEST is designed to feel calm, intentional, and human.

Your behavior directly shapes that experience. These rules are not optional.

1. Selling Style

FOUND FEST is a discovery-led space, not a sales floor.

  • No shouting, calling out, or stopping people.

  • No aggressive pitching.

  • No repeated prompts like “Sir, ma’am, have a look.”

 

If someone is interested, they'll step in.

If they don’t, let them pass.

 

Pressure reduces happiness.

Happiness increases trust.

Trust leads to sales.

2. Conversations

  • Speak at a relaxed volume.

  • Keep conversations natural, not scripted.

  • Read the room. If someone wants to browse quietly, allow it.

Visitors should feel welcomed, not worked on.

3. Discounts & Offers

  • No yelling prices or discounts.

  • No flashing “SALE” language.

  • No time-pressure tactics.

 

Your product should earn attention without urgency.

4. Stall Presentation

  • Keep your stall clean, open, and uncluttered.

  • Avoid overcrowding your table.

  • Leave breathing space, for people and products.

A calm stall keeps people longer.

5. Respect the Flow

  • Don't block walkways.

  • Don't step out to pull people in.

  • Don't create crowd clusters that slow movement.

FOUND FEST is designed for effortless flow.

6. Energy & Conduct

  • Be present. Be respectful.

  • No phone scrolling when visitors are around.

  • No loud personal conversations.

  • No competing music or sound.

​

You are part of the environment, not separate from it.

7. Shared Responsibility

FOUND FEST works when:

  • Visitors feel relaxed

  • Exploration feels easy

  • Leaving feels unforced

If visitors feel rushed, crowded, or pressured, the experience breaks for everyone.

8. What Gets You Removed

FOUND FEST works when everyone protects the space.

 

If alignment breaks, participation ends.

 

An exhibitor may be asked to leave the event if they:

  • Shout, call out, or aggressively approach visitors

  • Create pressure-based selling or uncomfortable interactions

  • Block walkways or disrupt the designed flow

  • Use loud audio, flashing signs, or visual clutter

  • Ignore staff guidance after being informed

  • Behave in a way that disrupts the calm, peaceful and respectful atmosphere

This decision may be made on-ground by the FOUND FEST team.

  • No arguments.

  • No refunds.

  • No public warnings.

​

The goal is simple...

Protect the experience for everyone make this the happiest space people want to spend more time at.
